A Quiet Sunday

We had no plans for today. Chris and I had a liesurely day, watched a movie and ate food she'd prepared the day before. We had deviled eggs and eggplant mousse with fresh bread for breakfast, and the left-over schnitzel with mashed potatoes for dinner. Good food and an easy day.

Tomorrow, we are all traveling to Bayreuth, where Mindi and FIn will be attending university next fall. We're going to have a look at the place and explore for apartments they might rent. We are taking the car and it's about a 3-hour trip each way.
