A Plan for Progress

A working committee has formed to revise the OMBC Bylaws. Composed of former Board members, several attorneys and senior players, the group is interested and concerned over the welfare of our club.  We are generally agreed to follow the lead of Chuck Armbruster's letter.

The first meeting will be Wednesday, November 19th. I will report on our ideas for revision as they are available.
